Community Focused
Our purpose is to provide equal opportunity to educational support and career-focused mentorship that builds the confidence and skills of our mentees and mentors alike.
To achieve this purpose, we're committed to working with local stakeholders, including the University of Saskatchewan, teachers, school counsellors, school boards, parents, and of course, students themselves

About Us
Founded in 2023 by two medical students at the UofS, Crossing the Bridge is a pro-bono weekend program aiming to provide academic support and mentorship for local secondary students in the Saskatoon area.
Volunteer tutors made up of undergraduate students and professional college students provide weekly homework help and one-on-one mentorship in career and educational planning. We provide support with a variety of subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies
Each session concludes with a workshop led by one of our tutors and a guest speaker, focused on topics related to educational planning, personal development, and current events.
